I+HEAL is based in the Potocsnak Family Division of Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. Our lab uses dissemination and implementation science, learning health system frameworks, human- and liberatory-centered design, and health equity and health justice methods to address substance use and misuse. Currently, our projects focus on bringing evidence-based substance use prevention and intervention programs to adolescents and young adults with chronic illnesses in clinical and community settings in the U.S. and globally.
